چکیده
Gene therapy is an experimental treatment being investigated to correct defective genes that are responsible for disease development. To treat cancer and genetic illnesses, researchers looking into a variety of gene techniques. Finding proper vector transfer DNA tissues one the most difficult aspects therapy. Some vectors have issues with infecting both quiescent dividing cells, provoking immunological response, lack indefinite expression, reproducible high titre. The adenovirus, retrovirus, recombinant modified adeno-associated virus top contenders (rAAV). may be resolved by adeno associated (AAV). Hemophilia condition which benefited using AAV as vector. Aim this review emphasize on role receptors(AAVR) co-receptors in tropism transduction virus(AAV) hemophilia In Vitro well Vivo.

Adeno-associated virus serotypes: vector toolkit for human gene therapy.
Recombinant adeno-associated viral (AAV) vectors have rapidly advanced to the forefront of gene therapy in the past decade. The exponential progress of AAV-based vectors has been made possible by the isolation of several naturally occurring AAV serotypes and over 100 AAV variants from different animal species. These isolates are ideally suited to development into human gene therapy vectors due ...

Gene therapy for cancer offers novel treatment paradigms that will eventually lead to the destruction of tumor cells in patients with solid and hematopoietic malignancies. Major cancer gene therapy approaches that directly target tumor cells include chemosensitization, cytokine gene transfer, inactivation of proto-oncogene expression, replacement of defective tumor suppressor genes, and transdu...
متن کاملGene therapy using adeno-associated virus vectors.
SUMMARY The unique life cycle of adeno-associated virus (AAV) and its ability to infect both nondividing and dividing cells with persistent expression have made it an attractive vector. An additional attractive feature of the wild-type virus is the lack of apparent pathogenicity. Gene transfer studies using AAV have shown significant progress at the level of animal models; clinical trials have ...
متن کاملAdeno-associated virus vectors and neurological gene therapy.
Gene therapy has strong potential for treating a variety of genetic disorders, as demonstrated in recent clinical trials. There is unfortunately no scarcity of disease targets, and the grand challenge in this field has instead been the development of safe and efficient gene delivery platforms. To date, approximately two thirds of the 1800 gene therapy clinical trials completed worldwide have us...
متن کاملGene therapy vectors based on adeno-associated virus type 1.
The complete sequence of adeno-associated virus type 1 (AAV-1) was defined. Its genome of 4,718 nucleotides demonstrates high homology with those of other AAV serotypes, including AAV-6, which appears to have arisen from homologous recombination between AAV-1 and AAV-2. Analysis of sera from nonhuman and human primates for neutralizing antibodies (NAB) against AAV-1 and AAV-2 revealed the follo...
